1. What is an Ad impression?
An Ad impression is reported whenever an individual Ad is viewed by a reader.
Placing an ad on BrighterMonday.com allows you to pay based on the resulting performance of your ad, i.e. per Ad impression.
2. How will I know how many times my Ad has been viewed?
When you place an Ad order with BrighterMonday.com, you receive a username and password that allows you
to view the performance of your ad online. Your performance is then tracked in near real-time and a
weekly summary is sent directly to you.
3. Who tracks the performance of my Ads?
All our ads are tracked by Doubleclick (a subsidiary of Google) which is the world’s largest digital marketing
technology company. Doubleclick’s software is an authoritative way to track Ad performance and an incorruptible
system for this purpose.
IAB Compliance: stats generated by the Doubleclick software are compliant with online advertising standards as published by the IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau).

4. What is CPM?
CPM stands for Cost Per Mille. It is a term used in online advertising to refer to the cost per 1,000 Ad impressions.
e.g. To advertise on BrighterMonday.com, you pay KES 400 ($ 5) only per 1,000 Ad impressions. The CPM rate is therefore
KES 400 ($ 5).
5. How do I pay for my Advertisement?
The following forms of payment are acceptable:

- M-Pesa (mobile cash transfer)
