| Description: |
- Ensure proper financial management, reporting and administration of projects
- Assists partners with budget planning, work plan development, and monitor spending and activities
- Review monthly financial liquidation from partners and ensure that spending is in line with US Government compliance regulations
- Build capacity of facility staff in the areas of program management and health systems
- Work with consortium team to assist facilities in developing a plan for integration of HIC clinic services and systems into the wider health system structure of the health facility
- Monitor performance of health systems stsrengtehining workplans at facilities, including collaboration with AIDSRelief team members and facility staff on Quality Assurance activities
- Travel to project sites to provide on-site technical assistance specifically in health system strnghtehingnad program management skills-building
- Work as part of ateam with several other organizations that comprise consortium

| Requirements: |
- Masters degree in public health, systems mangetn,
- Experience in implementing US government-funded projects
- 3 years HIV/AIDS project management experience an NGO settings Practical experience in management of health institutions, including demonstrated work experience in the following areas: organizational policy development; strategic planning; budget planning and monitoring and proposal writing
- Solid inter-personal and representational skills
- Excellent analytical and computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
