Job Summary
Reporting to the Grants Manager, the Budget Coordinator will be responsible for the preparation of monthly Project Expenditure Reports against approved budget, assist in the preparation of Donor financial reports and Management report analysis. |

Key Responsibilities;
- Preparing monthly Project Expenditure Reports.
- Assist in the preparation of Donor Reports.
- Coordinate the preparation of and monitoring of the Country Office Financial Budget.
- Coordinate the preparation of and monitoring of the Shared Project Cost Budget.
- In liaison with the Project Managers, assist in the preparation of project budgets.
- Coordinate the auditing of Sub Grant Accounting Expense Reports.
- Coordinate the preparation of monthly/quarterly funds drawn down from Donors

| Requirements: |
Required Qualifications/Skills;
- CPA Part III
- Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Business Studies
- At least five years experience in Financial and Management Accounting Reporting.
- Demonstrated skills computer, problem solving, planning and budget management skills.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work as a team member to achieve the overall goals of the team
