Supervisors

Core duties will include:

• To manage the workforce under the job holder and also ensure that the material resources are used cost effectively.
• To implement strict quality control following set standards for all packed sugar.
• To ensure proper operation of all the packaging/bagging equipment (units) and minimize product and material losses along the production line.

The Individuals:
Applicants should also be able to demonstrate experience in the following:

• 2 – 3 years experience in applying recommended methods of quality assurance
• Auto packaging and bagging
• Basic knowledge in operating and maintaining packing equipment
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards

They should also have the following attributes:

• High integrity
• Rational and methodical
• Self motivated and a team builder
• Ability to communicate effectively both in English and Kiswahili
• Age Limit: 30 – and above years
