• Business Leadership- Able to provide powerful leadership and influence in the organization to ensure retail segment agenda gains traction, particularly through the channel, marketing(brand) and product partners
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management and influencing skills at the most senior level

Knowledge, Expertise and experience

Significant retail experience at a senior, ideally in a ix of blue chip financial and non-financial organization

Project management at a senior level

Proposition development at a senior level

• Willingness to travel extensively on business
• Detailed knowledge of retailing skills, techniques and application
