• An excelent operating background and understanding of all the core processes and bank products
• Ability to predict and mitigate risks
• Risk management knowledge
• External and internal auditing

Qualifications

• First degree relevant to Banking and Commerce
• General banking experience-minimum of 3 years
• Audit qualifications
• Prior experience in Assurance, Control Validation Teams or compliance
• Experience in a similar role is an added advantage
