Qualifications and requirements
- Excellent attention to detail, work speedily and accurately with a focus on results as well as excellent customer care skills
- Be able to communicate effectively with a range of people as you will be the first point of contact in the team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with good IT and the ability to work flexibly within a very busy firm. Monitoring new starters and leavers, note taking from hearings/meetings, supporting with adsence management and maintaining the personnel filing systems
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential. You wil be able to demonstrate an interest in furthering your career in Human Resources. A certificate in Personnel Practice or equivalent qualification is desirable
- The candidate should be IT literate and with good knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge and experience in the use of any HR software will be considered an advantage
