- Managing and retaining agricultural businesses and relationships
Sensitizing and raising awareness on agriculture facilities within the bank

| Requirements: |
EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND
- Upper Second or First class degree in Bachelors of Agriculture - attained not more than three years ago
- Good communication and team working skills
- A quick learner with a positive attitude towards change and learning
- A basic understanding of business loan management and proposal writing
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop items
