Head of Human Resources and Administration

The Key Result Areas include:

• Develop and monitor implementation of the Human Resource and administration strategies.
• Develop and review human resource and administration policies, systems and procedures: lead the integration into the company's operations and benchmark practices against other corporate bodies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Administration and Security section of the Company.
• Design and facilitate assimilation of change initiatives; evaluate management practices and organizational culture against established core values.
• Conduct periodical job evaluations; design an internally equitable job grading structure and implement an externally competitive and cost effective organizational reward system.
• Develop and implement the organization's training and succession planning programmes.
• Design and institutionalize systems for monitoring and measuring individual, team and organizational performance.
• Manage the performance and development of staff.
• Participate in quality management in the company, ensuring it becomes a part of NHCC culture

Relevant Experience:

• A minimum of five (5) years post qualification experience four (4) of which must have been as head of a Human Resource department of a large organization.

Qualifications:

• B.A degree in Social Science, with a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or any other related degree from a nationally or internationally recognized University
• A Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Masters in Business Administration would be a definite advantage,
  
• Membership of a recognized Human Resource Management Association or Institution is a must.
