q To head the successful implementation of the Pemia Product throughout the organization
q Create and update technical documents including designing and installing
q Establish policies and procedures to ensure integrity and quality of the project
q Make recommendations to enhance and co ordinate implementation activities as well as standards to be used for software implementation throughout the company
q To provide advice and training to end users of the products
q Oversee the administration and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure and directs more officers when necessary
q Oversee troubleshooting, systems back ups archiving and disaster recovery and to provides expert support when necessary.
