Description:

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Duties

  • Tracking Sales team daily activities and achievement of targets.
  • Tracking and approving all the quotations, proposals, tenders and prequalification going to the customers.
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to the company policies and procedures.
  • Training the new sales people on products /policies e.t.c.
  • Consolidate F.C.L Customer data base.
  • Profile all F.C.L customer data Base.
  • Cultivate main & grow a healthy customer relationship with all the clients.
  • Retain and grow existing customers.
  • Ensure that the display in the showroom is clean, well equipped and arranged.
  • Preparation of sales projections and reports to the directors.
  • Supervise, oversea, prepare, design and propose brochures and website for FCL.
  • Supervise and oversea all marketing and advertising proposals.

Human Resources Duties

  • Maintain staff recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees: maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling and disciplining employees: initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure training schedule for all staff are strictly followed within company policy.
  • Keep accurate HR records for the annual leave, medical and offs schedules for the staff.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures including the HR manual are followed in all aspects of the operations and that all staff understand and comply with all rules, regulations and laws of the company and employment act.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secrecy of company and employee Data.
Requirements:

The successful candidate should possess

  • University Degree in Business Administration or other relevant equivalent qualifications.
  • At least 5 years in Sales Management and administration during which merit and ability can be shown as reflected in work performance and results.
  • Knowledge of sales, tendering process, customer care management,P.R e.t.c
  • Mature Personality.
